The red dot uses the K Series (407k/507k) footprint pattern - a modified RMSc footprint, identical in dimensions to RMSc but with two bottom slots for recoil lugs instead of four. For RMSc pistol cuts (K Series/407k/507k/Modified RMSc) with front recoil lugs only, red dot will mount directly on to the slide. For RMSc pistol cuts with both front and rear recoil lugs, red dot can be mounted using the included adapter plate. Not compatible with other mounting platforms. Shake Awake motion sensing technology. Activate the red dot to turn on shake awake mode - the dot will automatically shut off after one hour and re-activate instantly upon movement.
