Dedicated picatinny rail mount built specifically for Savage Axis rifle platform - 1 inch longer than standard version, allowing for more flexible placement of your optic Scope mount installs directly to receiver via the factory mounting holes and included set screws with no additional hardware required Comes with both #6 and #8 screws for compatibility with both older and newer Savage Axis models. Compatible with Savage Axis, Axis 2, and Edge rifle models. Extended version is 8 inches in length with 19 rail slots (versus7 inches or 16 rail slots for the standard version)
